Where we are
We operate across the country, but our home is Cumbria, right on the edge of the stunning Lake District National Park. Our office is located at Westlakes Science Park in Moor Row, just around 8 miles north of the Sellafield Nuclear site. We are strategically positioned, with strong connections to the nuclear, research and development, and energy sectors in the region. Our office offers convenient parking, onsite catering, comfortable meeting spaces, and plenty of fresh air to enjoy.

Job Types / Roles
Deliver the maintenance requirements and ensure equipment reliability for your assigned area, by working with the engineering team and engineering lead, and to contribute to overall team delivery. In this role you will be assisting the O&M Lead and Sub Lead in ensuring that all Quality Management and Compliance Documentation relating to Operations and Maintenance activities are correct.
Work on design development, procurement, installation, testing and commissioning. They also input into documentation of the electrical element of projects with a large process component, including the programme and commercial aspects. They provide consultative advice in determining installation commissioning and performance requirements, commissioning strategies, programmes, and scopes of work.
Are accountable for delivering the System Engineering biased work scope for their assigned project to an agreed strategy and plan, in a timely and cost-effective manner. The System Engineer will report directly to the Principal Engineer.
Are accountable for delivery and where applicable, witnessing of testing and validation activities of newly installed or modified structures, systems, or components. They must do that in line with industry standards and in a timely and cost-effective manner for their assigned projects.

Support the technical basis of maintenance processes. They must have a basic understanding of mechanical, civil or E&I systems. They will also have a solid background in undertaking administrative tasks such as progress reporting, service contract writing and planning.
Are accountable to the Lead Pre-Operations Engineer for delivering an agreed programme of maintenance support activities across various engineering and maintenance functions, including E&I, civil, and mechanical. The goal is to ensure client facilities are well-maintained and fully capable of supporting their business operations.
Maintenance Support Engineers have a strong understanding of mechanical, civil, or E&I systems and be well-versed in all maintenance processes and health and safety regulations. They should also have the aptitude for administrative tasks such as progress reporting, service contract writing, and planning.
Are challenging and varied roles that support and work closely with the Business Commercial Manager. They maintain and deliver a range of business functions including quality assurance, sustainability, human resources and marketing and administration activities. The business support team ensure internal processes are continuously developed and improved to provide an efficient, valued support function internally and facilitate great customer service externally.
Provide guidance and oversight over the delivery of programmes and work closely with our clients to ensure a uniformed approach to the application of engineering standards and processes.
